WPS is a lean production system of implementing System-CIP, Point-CIP and Daily leadership routine through entire value chain.

Quality Assurance

WEIFU implements the quality value of “prevent in principle, manufacture with elaboration, create towards excellence, satisfy our customers.” We concern the internal and external quality requirements, steadily promote the whole process of quality management system and efficiently improve product quality. Regarding “Zero defect” as the ultimate goal to create the quality culture of "Everyone is a firewall". By deepening the Q11 quality basic criteria and total factor assessment to concentrate on elements and details in the productive process.

Energy Management

WEIFU takes energy conservation and carbon reduction as our responsibility. By promoting cleaner production and recycling production materials to expedite the upgrading of intelligent and green energy consumption. We construct an intelligent platform for energy management which continuously improve the management ability to create “WEIFU Sustainable Factory”.
